Billing & Payments

Insurance coverage, co-pays, and deductibles are determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance company to understand your coverage and your responsibilities.

To assist with estimating your bill, patients can obtain the surgical CPT code(s) for their procedure as well as an estimated length of time from their surgeons. Provide this information to your insurance provider or our billing office (if no insurance).

Once your insurance company has paid our professional anesthesia services fee, you will receive a final bill from our office that will reflect any remaining deductible, co-payment, or patient responsibilities.
